With Wednesday's epic penalty shootout win over Major League Soccer's Chicago Fire, FC Cincinnati have officially qualified for the Quarter Finals of the 2017 Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup! But for the first time in the competition this season, we'll have to take the next step away from the friendly confines of Nippert Stadium.
As the 2 seed in the South region, we'll be traveling to South Florida to face fellow lower league Cinderella, Miami FC of the NASL. Miami also picked off two MLS sides on their way to the last eight of the tournament. So we'll be heading to the campus of Florida International University to play Miami FC at Riccardo Silva Stadium on Wednesday, July 12th, at 7:30pm.
For those supporters who want to make the trek down to support the Orange & Blue in the Open Cup, our gracious hosts have kindly created a portal for FC Cincinnati fans to purchase their tickets through. All visiting supporters who purchase tickets through the portal will sit in Section 127.
